o1. These Terms will apply regardless of the method you use to contact and/or to commission me. It is your responsibility to review these Terms before commissioning me, and I may discontinue, modify, remove any parts of these Terms.

o2. If you have commissioned me for personal commissions, you may NOT use your commissioned art for commercial purposes at any point without coming to an agreement with me first.

​

o3. You may NOT trace, edit, and/or modify the commissioned piece in any form(i.e. painting over a specific portion of the drawing) without my permission.

​

o4. I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or their requests.

​

o5. Payments must be made ONLY after I have agreed to your commission and send an invoice. Once the payment is made, I will start on your drawing as soon as I reach you on the list.
 

> I can be epically slow at drawing due to my schedule... Please only commission me if you are okay with the idea of waiting at least 1~ 3 months.  

> If you have a specific deadline you'd like your commission by(i.e. b-day gift for a friend), please discuss it with me prior to commissioning me.

o6. All  changes to characters' design/reference must be mentioned BEFORE the payment goes through UNLESS - at least 3 months have passed since your payment.

​

o7. Please keep in mind there will be additional fees incurred after a total of 3 revisions/alterations.

​

o8. Refunds will only be available for the following reasons, as all other transactions are final: a) you have mentioned a deadline before your payment went through, but have not received your commissioned piece by that date, b) You have sent an incorrect amount of payment, and c) It's been over 6 months since you paid for the commission and have not received the commissioned piece.

o9. All payments must be made through the Paypal invoice or another option I provide.

​

1o. Your commissioned piece will be a DIGITAL FILE. There will be no shipping of any physical copy or item. 

​

11. Y​our commission may be included in my portfolio and/or uploaded into public websites. However, all images will be watermarked and only you will have the original piece. 

​

12. Due to my schedule, please allow up to 72 hours for me to respond. Thank you for understanding..!! 

​

13. By commissioning me, you agree to all of these Terms.
